SURFARI SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship anywhere in the Continental U.S. as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico using UPS, USPS and FedEx.
- Any Express Shipping using UPS, USPS and FedEx will be calculated at checkout and paid in full by the customer.
- Shipments are only delivered on business days, not on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The US Postal Service (USPS) may deliver on Saturdays. Call us for more information on other Saturday delivery options that may be available to your shipping address.
- If and when we offer Free shipping specials, the Free shipping will be either FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (at the discretion of Surfari).
- We are located in Gloucester, Massachusetts and shipping items locally in New England usually only takes one or two business days using regular FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
- Processing Time While we try our best to ship most items same day, please allow one business day from time of placing your order for processing. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends.
- Expedited Orders If placed on a business day by 12:00PM EST, expedited orders will ship the same day. If placed on a weekend or holiday, or after 2:00PM EST, an expedited order will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping methods include, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day.
- Note on Expedited Orders Expedited options are not delivered on weekends and major holidays. If an order ships Next Day Air on Friday, it is delivered Monday. If you need something delivered on Saturday, it may be possible, please call us to discuss options.
- USPS Priority Mail We do not consider USPS Prioirty Mail an expedited shipping method and if you select this method it will ship within 1 business days.
- Tracking Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Surfari with your tracking number within 24 hours.
- Out of Stock Items Although we do our best to stock all items shown on our site, occasionally we do run out. In this case, you will be notified within 1 business day of placing your order. In most cases we can have the item to you in an additional 7-10 business days. If you can't wait that long, we can cancel your order and give you a full refund.
We will e-mail your tracking number to you within 1 business day of your order being placed (often much sooner). If you do not receive this tracking number then please check your e-mail spam folder, then if it is not there, please give us a shout.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We currently do not ship the following items due to their size and/or weight. Each product page will state whether or not the item can be shipped or if it is only available for In-Store/Curbside Pickup. *If we have the shipping supplies available and the sun/moon/stars are aligned, we will occasionally ship oversized items for customers so it never hurts to ask!
- Standup Paddle Boards
Although damage when shipping is rare, it does occur. Please be sure to inspect your package thoroughly BEFORE you sign for it. If damage to the package is obvious upon delivery be sure to make a note with the driver and if possible take multiple pictures of the box BEFORE you open it. If any damage does occur please call us ASAP at 978-283-7873.
IN STORE/CURBSIDE PICKUP
Currently, we offer In-Store and/or Curbside Pickup in our Gloucester location as an option at checkout. In most cases, orders will be ready within 1 hour or less for In-Store/Curbside Pickup.
